Shell Fuel Supply Agreement

Shell Aviation`s CO2 management strategy aims to help customers reduce CO2 emissions by avoiding emissions in the field, reducing emissions primarily through the use of sustainable aviation fuel and distributing emissions through the use of emission credits, particularly nature-based solutions. Shell Aviation plays many different roles in this strategy; (renewable and conventional), technology partners and proponents of energy solutions for airports. Without restriction, place an order (which will be accepted later by Shell) and/or raise and/or accept the product means acceptance of this Agreement and cancel all other conditions submitted by the Buyer. In the event of inconsistency between this agreement and other agreements signed by duly accredited representatives of the purchaser and Shell, the terms of the latter agreement apply. This agreement significantly increases the supply and availability of SAF for the aviation industry from October 2020. In good shape and throughout the life cycle, it reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 80% compared to fossil fuels.

Neste and Shell Aviation have entered into an agreement to supply sustainable air fuels (SAF). „The aviation industry is essential to global activity, which generates growth and facilitates economic recovery. It also allows people to travel and transport goods around the world quickly. But if we want to tackle air transport emissions, we need to use all available solutions. Saf offers the only viable alternative to liquid fossil fuels for the supply of electricity to commercial aircraft, with the immediate potential to reduce aviation greenhouse gas emissions.
